Nick works and studies at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. His PhD in organisational spirituality is examining 'spiritual transformation' in the workplace, measured from individual, organisational and societal perspectives. He currently works for the commercial arm of the university where he tailors a range of educational products to meet the needs of industry. Nick's involvement with SLaM began when his university studies led him to the first SLaM@Work Café in Melbourne. He quickly became involved with the management of the Melbourne Cafés and was later elected to the national board of directors in December 2002.
