"Ego is our mistaken identity. It is the part of us that actively and unconsciously creates havoc, loss and sabotage in our lives. For us to become literally free, to grow spiritually and to know our Self, we must be willing to face and release our only obstacle; the Ego.
The Ego is a mistaken thought system and the master of illusion, creating our many problems which don't actually exist. It does this by:
1. Unconsciously projecting that people, things or circumstances are the problem.
2. By believing that time is a problem (past or future)
3. Believing we need to 'have' something, 'become' something or 'avoid' something.
One of the fundamental keys to undoing this mistaken identity is to willingly question all our beliefs and eliminate those that don't align with Peace"
