To further our purpose of public education concerning the integration of spirituality, leadership and management, we intend to provide several educational modules. Work has commenced on a model of integrated spirituality, leadership and management that will form the core of SLaM's educational services.
Establishing a strong educational offering is a key objective of SLaM's mandate and purpose. The educational model will also form the basis of an action research project. The functions will include:
Sponsoring and encouraging research into SLaM issues
Presentation of accredited and non-accredited educational courses
Managing an online educational resource bank
For more information on the basis and philosophy behind the SLaM Educational Model download a paper written by Kerry Cochrane here.
Financial members of SLaM can get involved in the development of our educational model by editing their user details online, and ticking the 'I would like to join the e-mail list for the educational model Think Tank' box. Development of this model is being overseen by Head of Education Kerry Cochrane.
