About Pauline McAuley B.A.(Hons). PGrad Dip Psych, MNLP, AIMM, MACCP
Pauline is a Senior Psychologist in Counselling and Organisational Psychology. She is currently managing director of Creative Outcomes. Pauline has worked as a State Manager of employment rehabilitation and human resource management service. She supervised and managed a large staff of professional psychologists and trainers.
Clinically, Pauline specialises anxiety and stress, depression, suicide, abuse, phobias and marital and other relationship issues.
Organisationally Pauline works as a Senior Consultant and is principally interested in the development and enhancement of human potential. This includes developing better relationships in Organisations. She speci! alises in personal and business coaching and leadership. Staff learning and development programs, employee assistant programs and rehabilitation counselling.
Pauline is an experienced training facilitator, and inspirational coach. She has been a supervisor and mentor for professional men and women over the last fifteen years. Pauline's approach is experiential and holistic.
