SLaM@Work Community Cafés are learning and discussion groups that meet on a regular basis to talk about issues of spirituality, leadership and management. As the name suggests they are community based and attract people from many different walks of life. Typically Community Café groups meet once per month, usually in a local café, and enjoy a guest speaker followed by a group discussion. Our experience has shown that the opportunity to talk about spirituality, leadership and management in a safe, non-dogmatic environment is rare in modern society. Our cafés aim to fill this gap, with an emphasis on sharing, learning, and the emergence of wisdom from the group participants.
