Claire has been a member of SlaM since its inception and has presented at a few SlaM conferences. She recently completed a PhD on leadership and organisational change and appreciates the complexity of change processes that make a felt difference. Claire consults to organisations and individuals in various training, research and facilitation capacities. She works with conversational practices towards locating individuals' workplace experience and bringing leadership awareness. This work is linked with teaching qualitative research to practitioners in colleges and universities where the focus is on inquiry that brings enhanced consciousness to ones practice. Claire is enthusiastic about supporting the education and journal creation functions within SLaM.
