How to use The Enneagram for success in the workplace
Format:
Workshop and discussion.
Presenter and Facilitator:
Debra Kotz (BA, BSpThy) Debra began her working career as a speech pathologist. She gave up this work to raise her 2 children and ended up working with her family in a property development based business. For many years she watched the personality types battle out their issues under the pressure of the business. She left this business to begin her own business in food retail. Again she realized that the personalities of the people and the way they interacted were having a dramatic effect on the success of the business. During this time she discovered the Enneagram.
Debra is now an accredited Teacher of the Enneagram through the Enneagram Professional Training Program in California. She has studied extensively with leading Enneagram teacher and author Helen Palmer and David Daniels, professor of psychiatry and behavioural sciences at Standford University Medical School. Debra uses the Enneagram in the community as a tool for personal development. She also coaches within the corporate setting to improve communication, feedback, conflict resolution, team building and leadership.

The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and acting.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-discovery and self-development, enabling individuals within organizations to understand their own and others' motivations and behavior patterns, and to communicate and work more effectively with each other. Offering a framework for organizational transformation, the Enneagram encourages personal responsibility, supports continuous improvement and fosters open communication. The Enneagram is effective in many business and organizational applications, including teambuilding, executive coaching, performance enhancement, communication skills, motivation, time management, negotiation, training and development.
The Enneagram is currently being used within business, education, psychotherapy, entertainment, medicine, sales and law.
