Presentation and Conversation
We are at a wonderful vantage point in history to explore a new understanding of spirituality. At the same time, for most people, the everyday experience of work and leisure is one which increasingly displaces time for exploration of their inner life and clouds their potential to experience things spiritual. In the wake of the Global Financial Crisis, more people are finding themselves at a crossroads facing a choice between the security of keeping the old secular values of business as usual and the challenge presented by potentially new (spiritual) ways of being in the world in the light of an impending environmental crisis. David Bubna-Litic will discuss his own thoughts and experience in working with this dilemma.
Thereafter, we have the opportunity for furthering our thinking on this topic of spirituality at a crossroads. Is it actually? And what might this mean for organisations/leadership/management going forward? Brent Couper of EcoSTEPS, a leading global Sustainability Consultancy will facilitate the conversation.
