Kerry will present his model then lead a discussion on the implications and applications. The occasion will also enable participants to reflect on SLaM; its purpose and current direction.

Kerry Cochrane convened the 1998 and 1999 Spirituality Leadership and Management Network (SLaM) conferences at the Uni of Western Sydney, Hawkesbury. He became the Foundation President of SLaM in 2000 and held that position for four years. Since then he has continued as an active board member of SLaM with a particular interest in the areas of education and journal publications.
