Intention

The recent conference demonstrated the desire and interest for SLaM to be a forum for conversations about spirituality in business and organisational life. This cafe flows naturally out of the conference experience. It will offer a rich learning opportunity as a general engagement and in particular, will consider the life of SLaM, the organisation.

Presenter John Loty will introduce the framework and the application of Appreciative Inquiry (AI)
The conversation

Appreciative Inquiry is a collaborative system of inquiring, imagining and innovating.

As a group, we will use this framework as a way of dreaming into the future of SLaM Inc, the organisation.

Appreciative Inquiry is an affirmative approach which enables organisational transformation by identifying and building on strengths. It consists of a five-step process whereby organisations can intentionally implement their visions.
